Patric M. Donahue

Patric Donahue, a CPA, MBA, CTP-D, is a successful consultant with proven success in finance, operations, creditor relations, negotiations and mergers and acquisitions. In 2007 Patric became a Certified SOAR Consultant.

Pat led the turnaround and financial restructuring of a very high end furniture manufacturing business, managed the due diligence process on the proposed acquisition of a building supply distribution business and worked with a sheet metal fabricator to assess their organization structure and business strategies in light of a changing environment.

Prior to this, Mr. Donahue was the Vice President & CFO of Champion Technologies, Inc., an electronics component manufacturing business where he structured the finance organization, implemented effective reporting systems covering all business operations, directed effective asset utilization efforts to manage working capital, and structured the organization to significantly reduce the breakeven point in response to business conditions.

Mr. Donahue has been particularly successful helping many different manufacturing companies address the challenges they face in the global environment.

Prior to joining Champion Technologies, Inc., Mr. Donahue held positions of increasing responsibility with Flying Food Fare, Chicago, Ill., Eastview Co., NY, NY, McGraw Edison Company, Elgin, Ill. and Price Waterhouse & Co., Chicago, Ill.

Pat holds an MBA, Finance (with Distinction) from DePaul University and a BS, Accounting, University of Illinois at Champaign. Pat believes deeply in understanding the drivers of cash generation and enterprise value and in developing performance measurement systems to focus the organization toward these efforts and has published articles on Lean Accounting, Performance Metrics and Credit Assessment in various trade journals.
