For over twenty years, Ogden combined a career with an active consulting role for non-profit organizations, working through the Metro United Way volunteer consulting program in Louisville, Kentucky, and the Business Volunteers Unlimited consulting program in Cleveland, Ohio. She has worked with a variety of organizations both in terms of size and focus, ranging from multi-agency housing coalitions to ad hoc rent subsidy programs to neighborhood community centers to scholarship programs.
