The SOAR proprietary software compiles information based on the participant’s responses and calculates the score in the 16 key areas of SOAR to Strategic Excellence™. Further, the Key Areas are also color coded, depending on the score that the company achieved in each area. Red indicates the areas where the greatest improvements can be made, and are those areas with a score of 50% or less. Yellow indicates areas where some improvement can still be made to assist in the improvement of the company. This area encompasses scoring between 51% and 70%. Finally, areas achieving scores of 70% or more are coded in green, and indicate areas of relative strength for the Company.
