Each Certified SOAR Consultant has successfully passed a rigorous screening process designed to ensure that SOAR Facilitators have the qualifications, experience and mentoring approach to ensure participants of the very best SOAR experience. Having survived the screening process, SOAR Facilitators undergo an intensive SOAR to Strategic Excellence™ training program, conducted by the Parkland personnel who developed the program.
Certified SOAR Consultant (CSC) training is focused on two key areas of the SOAR experience. The first area of focus is the facilitation of the SOAR to Strategic Excellence™ workshop, which ensures that Facilitators understand the power and the insight of the proprietary system used to solicit and collect data, and how to interpret the results at the end of the program. The second area of focus ensures that Facilitators have the technical and business skills to assist organizations with the implementation of all or parts of the action plan developed after the SOAR results and opportunities for improvement are delivered.
CSC's also attend continuing education programs, which keep them up-to-date on program updates, new techniques, new facilitator skills and recent trends.
